Tim has been a godsend in helping us through the process of setting up and managing our biomass RHI service. Always quick to respond, and happy to talk through any issues we are having. It's been a steep learning curve, made so much easier by excellent support.
After deciding to upgrade are current method of heating are biomass wood kilns we decided to install Rhi accredited boilers, we approached Tim at Rhi services to handle are application to ofgem in order that are installation could be accredited and we could claim back payments over 20 years. Tim liaised with both are installers and ofgem and secured are funding. We would recommend Tim and his team to anyone thinking of installing accredited boilers be that domestic or commercial. 5 star service.
Navigating the rhi application can only be described as a hair greying minefield, Tim's organisation proved to be invaluable I cannot praise them more highly!

Right from the start of the RHI accreditation process – for me, the arrival of emailed checklists from Tim – it appeared that this was more complex than the process we’d followed in relation to our PV System for Feed-in Tariff qualification. It certainly was! Throughout his liaison with Ofgem on our behalf, however, Tim progressed our online application efficiently and in a reassuringly friendly and professional manner.
