Interpretation

“You” shall mean you, the user of the site, and “Your” shall be interpreted accordingly. “RHI Service” or “we” shall mean RHI Service Ltd, Co Number: 8624075. “User” means a user of the RHI Service Site collectively and/or individually as the context admits. “Website” means a site on the World Wide Web.

Any information found on the RHI Service website is intended for guidance only. The website and the services described in it are subject to change without notice. The contents of the website may not be downloaded printed or copied for further commercial use in anyway whatsoever, but personal use may be permitted.

The RHI Service website contains links to other websites. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content of websites, which are not under our strict control. You are not permitted to create a link to this website without our prior written consent. Your Privacy at RHI Service

When using the The RHI Service website you will encounter areas where you may be asked to enter User Information or Subscription details. Such User Information will only be used for the purposes stated at the collection point or in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If applicable you will have the opportunity at the collection point to “opt in” to receive further updates from us by e-mail or telephone, details as how to “Unsubscribe” to the receiving promotional and/or marketing information from RHI Service will be provided at the footer (bottom) of any such communications.

Sales & Marketing

RHI Service shall not sell or otherwise transfer User Information to unaffiliated third parties without Your approval.

Statistics

RHI Service reserves the right to perform statistical analyses of User behaviour and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the the RHI Service Site and to inform advertisers of such information as well as the number of users that have been exposed to or clicked on their advertising banners. RHI Service will provide only anonymous aggregated data from these analyses to third parties. RHI Service will not be responsible or liable for any actions or policies of any such third parties.

Cookies

You should be aware that information and data may be automatically collected through the use of “cookies”. “Cookies” are small text files a website can use to recognise repeat users and allow RHI Service to observe behaviour and compile aggregate data in order to improve the RHI Service  Site and to target its advertising.
